Any use, copying, reproduction and dissemination by other means of any content, logos, texts, images and videos appearing on this website or on social networks associated with it is subject to prior written authorization.

minhámê Babies & Kids is not responsible if, for any reason, access to the website, in whole or in part, is restricted, nor for occasional failures that may exist in the system.

Despite all the care and attention to the content provided on the website, some information and/or technical services may contain errors or be incomplete, meaning minhámê Babies & Kids cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) the site.


PRODUCTS

minhámê Babies & Kids reserves the right to make any changes to the products appearing on the website, namely descriptions, images, how to use them and others.

The product descriptions, usage instructions and images presented on this website are based on information collected from our suppliers. minhámê Babies & Kids cannot be held responsible for any errors contained therein.

The images and photographs of the products, despite trying to be as reliable as possible, are merely illustrative, so the customer should consider the possibility of subtle differences in color, appearance or shape, which can also be justified using the monitor or web browser. used by this.


PRICES

minhámê Babies & Kids reserves the right to change product prices at any time and without prior notice.

Prices are presented in euros and refer to the final value of the product, including, if applicable, tax at the legal rate in force. In the event of a computer, manual, technical error or any other error that causes an unforeseen change in the retail price, the order corresponding to that product(s) will be considered invalid and canceled. The customer will always be informed if this situation occurs.

The shipping costs for the products are borne by the customer, and this value is presented to the customer at the end of the order. The customer must confirm the amounts before proceeding to payment.


PAYMENT METHODS

You can make your payment in the following ways:


- Credit card
We took into account the security standards of online payments and, therefore, Shopkit Pay also accepts payments with cards that have the 3D Secure method active.
3D secure is an important protocol that aims to increase the level of security by adding an additional confirmation step: after entering the card details, the customer is directed to a page where they have to enter a code (token) that is sent by SMS.

- ATM
When selecting this option, an ATM reference will be generated which will be displayed on the screen when completing the order. The same reference will be sent in the order confirmation email. By default, the website informs that payment can be made within 7 days. However, minhámê Babies & Kids reserves the right to cancel the order after 48 hours, if payment is not made.

- Bank transfer

When completing your order you will have access to the IBAN where you must make your bank transfer (holder Ricardo Menezes). Payment must be made within 48 hours after completing the order and proof of payment must be sent to geral@minhame.pt. If proof is not sent within this period, minhámê Babies & Kids reserves the right to cancel the order.


After making their purchase, the customer receives an automatic email confirming it. Orders will only be processed after confirmation of payment. If payment has not been made successfully, minhámê Babies & Kids will cancel the order.


ORDERS

minhámê Babies & Kids only processes each order after payment confirmation. The customer will receive information about the success of their order and delivery time after this confirmation. The estimated shipping time will begin after processing the order in our warehouse.

Orders are only shipped on business days. Holidays or weekends should not be taken into account when estimating the delivery time of orders. Please note that delivery times are only an estimate, and the order may be delivered a few days earlier or a few days later than estimated. If the delivery time changes, the customer will be notified. minhámê Babies & Kids is not responsible for any delay that may occur after sending the order. The customer can only cancel the order before it has been shipped.
If, for any reason, the ordered product is not available, minhámê Babies & Kids will communicate the situation to the customer, who will have the option of choosing a new product of the same value or demanding a refund for the ordered product.


SHIPPING

We ship to Portugal (Mainland and Islands).


Orders are sent via the carrier CTT Expresso.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive information via email about its details.

If delivery is not possible to make to the address indicated (due to the wrong address), the order will be returned to minhámê Babies & Kids, and the customer will need to update their delivery address and make a new payment for shipping costs so that it can be delivered. reissued. If the customer does not change the address or does not pay the new shipping costs, there will be no refund, return or compensation. minhámê Babies & Kids is not responsible for any inconvenience resulting from incorrectly filling out this field.


When you receive your order, you must check that it is in perfect condition and should only accept it if it does not present any damage due to transport. In case of damage to the packaging, you must refuse the order indicating the reason for refusal on the delivery note. After that, you must contact minhámê Babies & Kids via email at geral@minhame.pt.
When opening your order, if you find that a product is missing or that you have received a product that you did not order, you must notify minhámê Babies & Kids within 3 working days of receiving it, via email to geral@minhame.pt . Complaints made after this period will not be considered.

If the delivery was not made successfully due to absence at the indicated address , CTT Expresso will leave the order at the nearest CTT point, allowing the customer to collect it within 5 working days. After this period, the order will be returned to the minhámê Babies & Kids headquarters, without any refund to the customer. If you wish to receive the order again, the customer must request new delivery via email to geral@minhame.pt, within 5 days, and bear the cost of shipping costs.

Delivery of the order takes, on average, 2-5 working days to mainland Portugal, and this period must be accounted for after processing the order (during festive seasons, this period may be slightly longer). minhámê Babies & Kids is not responsible for delays in delivery of the order. For shipments to a geographic area outside mainland Portugal (Portugal – islands), the deadline may be longer. SHIPPING COSTS


Shipping costs will be calculated at the end of your order, taking into account the weight, dimensions and geographic area of ​​delivery. Unless shipping offers are promoted, they will be the responsibility of the customer.



EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

The customer has 14 calendar days to exchange or return any item, without having to justify the reason for the exchange. The date shown on the invoice will be considered. To make an exchange or return, the customer must send an email to geral@minhame.pt and await instructions.

The customer should never send the item back without due knowledge and written authorization from minhámê Babies & Kids, therefore we are not responsible for receiving the item (or lack thereof) if the customer sends it without our consent. .

The shipping costs for the item to be exchanged or returned will be borne by the customer. In case of return, the refund will be made by deducting the shipping costs from the initial order.

The products to be returned/exchanged must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, originally sealed, with all their components (accessories, instruction manual, among others) and their respective labels intact, without any sign of use or assembly. They must be properly packaged for shipping, so as not to compromise their good condition. Items that reach us in conditions different from those specified will not be accepted.

In the case of returning damaged products (the cause of which was not their transportation), the customer must contact minhámê Babies & Kids via email at geral@minhame.pt and await instructions. After analyzing the item, minhámê Babies & Kids will send a new item (limited to existing stock), refund the value of the item or, if the customer wishes, make an exchange for another available item of equal value.

Exchanges of products related to hygiene or food are not accepted, unless the condition of their packaging (where applicable) confirms that they have not been used. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

GUARANTEES

Some items may be covered by the supplier's warranty. The warranty period begins on the date of the purchase invoice, which must be kept for future validation. To exercise the right to the guarantee, the customer must contact minhámê Babies & Kids via email geral@minhame.pt and await instructions. Items that have exceeded the warranty limit, that present defects caused by abnormal wear, improper use, negligence, accidents or poor handling, infiltration by moisture/liquids, use of non-original accessories and technical interventions by an unauthorized person are not covered by the warranty. . The costs of shipping the product to our headquarters are borne by the customer.

FINAL DISPOSITIONS


These general conditions are governed by Portuguese Law. All disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this agreement will be freely resolved by arbitration.
